I recently participated in a shoot for a G2 Lifestyles fit feature for the March/April issue of Golf Fitness magazine. Golf Fitness magazine is dedicated to the sport of golf by focusing on the body and mind as the primary means to lowering handicaps, reducing injuries, and ultimately enjoying the game for a lifetime. I will be featured in the article demonstrating some of my favorite exercises using the G2 Lifestyles trainer ball, as well as the G2 Lifestyles trainer mat. I’m a huge fan of both products because stretching is extremely important to me, both with my golf game, and in helping to maintain a healthy lifestyle!
